Shi Fu Dr. Alex Feng teaches in person tai ji classes every Monday from 6:00-7 :00 pm at Zhi Dao Guan, The Taoist Center 3824 MacArthur Blvd.., Oakland. All skill levels – Tai Ji 24; Tai Ji 42 and Ba Gua. Private classes may be available upon request
All levels welcomed Masks are voluntary. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in and a flat, minimal tread shoe.
The Medical Qi Gong with Dr. Alex Feng classes continue every SATURDAY AT 8:30-9:30 am
